These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use ("Terms") govern the contractual relationship between MICHEL Pierrick EI (SIRET 849 317 508 00026, hereinafter "Fast Dictate") and any user (hereinafter "the Customer") subscribing to the Fast Dictate application.
Acceptance of these Terms applies to all services and uses of Fast Dictate, in accordance with French law.
Fast Dictate offers an AI-powered voice dictation application available on Windows and macOS, enabling users to convert speech into automatically corrected and punctuated text.
A free plan is available with no commitment and no credit card required, allowing use of the service with a limit of 2,000 words per week. The Customer may subscribe to a paid plan at any time to benefit from unlimited usage.
Any unauthorized use, resale, sublicensing, or sharing of the application is strictly prohibited.
Fast Dictate services are accessible through monthly or annual subscriptions, which renew automatically. Prices are displayed excluding taxes and may be revised; the Customer will be informed prior to any change.
Subscription payment is made in advance by credit card through our secure payment provider (Lemon Squeezy). Banking information is never stored by Fast Dictate.
Unless otherwise stated, the subscription has no minimum commitment period. The Customer may cancel at any time under the conditions set out in the following section.
Unless cancelled, the subscription automatically renews for the same period.
The Customer may cancel their subscription at any time through their personal account in the application or by written request to contact@fastdictate.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refund is due for the current period.
Fast Dictate reserves the right to suspend or cancel the subscription in the event of non-payment, non-compliant or unlawful use of the service, or violation of these Terms.
Unless otherwise stipulated, no refund (full or partial) will be issued in the event of cancellation during a billing period or non-use of the service.
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, any consumer who subscribes to a Fast Dictate paid plan online has the right to withdraw without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of subscription.
To exercise this right, the Customer must send a clear, unambiguous statement (e.g., email) to contact@fastdictate.com before the 14-day period expires. A withdrawal request template is provided below.
In the event of a valid withdrawal, Fast Dictate will reimburse all amounts paid within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply when the Customer has (1) expressly requested that the service begin immediately before the end of the withdrawal period, and (2) expressly acknowledged that doing so constitutes a waiver of the right of withdrawal. These consents are collected during the subscription process.
