## Compliance & Security (Pro plan)

- Professional content (audio + transcriptions) processed exclusively in France
- AI models self-hosted on Scaleway GPUs in France (Whisper Large V3 for transcription, GPT-OSS-120B for linguistic post-processing); no calls to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, AWS or Azure APIs
- Audio recordings deleted immediately (0-day retention), transcriptions stored locally on the user's device only
- No use of user data for AI training (contractual commitment in DPA)
- Infrastructure: Scaleway SAS (transcription + LLM, ISO 27001:2022) and Clever Cloud SAS (back-end, ISO 27001:2022)
- Account metadata processed via standard SaaS sub-processors under EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Google Cloud Firestore for the user database, Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record for payments)
